I am a registered healthcare provider for companies such as AXA PPP, Aviva, Cigna and the military charity Walking with the Wounded. In addition, I am performance coach, who uses cognitive behavioural coaching in corporate contexts, to help managers and staff at all levels of the organisation to address performance-blocking problems quickly and effectively, identifying and changing self-limiting beliefs and behaviours to maximise workplace potential.

CBT is a talking therapy which combines findings from cognitive and behavioural science with common sense philosophies to understand and overcome psychological issues.
Performance coaching aims to address aspects of individual or team performance in business, sport or educational settings. It is a structured and goal directed approach to learning development and well-being.
CBT sessions typically last around 50 mins but shorter half hour sessions can sometimes be appropriate, as can longer 90 minute sessions for certain disorders.
Availability may be variable but normally sessions can be arranged within one or two weeks.
